Vila Pats, is a vacation home that has a private entrance with its own free parking space in front of the accommodation and is industrially furnished with a modern bathroom and modern kitchen.

The Villa also has a spacious garden with a picnic table and a large garden set to relax in.

The bedroom has 4 single beds that can be put together if necessary.
2 beds are electrically operated.

The kitchen is equipped with modern built-in appliances, such as a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove and a combination microwave. Pans and cutlery, plates etc are also provided.
Coffee, tea and chocolate milk are available free of charge.

The modern shower is equipped with a rain shower and sink with mirror, hairdryer and clean towels, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo is sufficiently present.

Family Hamilton Review
We had a fabulous stay at Villa Pats for 3 nights. It contained everything we needed and more besides. The air conditioning was a welcome surprise. We only really had breakfast in the apartment as our days were very busy. The outdoor space was fabulous so that we could keep our bikes in it safely and also enjoy breakfast outside. As we were not around much we did not need much from Werner but he checked to make sure and I know would he would have done whatever he could for us. Beautiful, quirky apartment and if we ever need to stay near Breda again we will be in touch with Werner. Dankjewel x

Nice and clean little house with a nice patio
Nice and clean little house with a nice patio in the middle of downtown Gilze, stores, and restaurants within walking distance. Werner is a great host. We went to the theme, the Efteling which is about a 20-minute drive.
