This property was wonderful for our family. We ranged in ages from 8 to 76. There was space for all and because of the elevator and main floor master, it was perfect for a family member with declining mobility. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We hope to return.

My family and I traveled to New Hampshire to celebrate my Dad’s 60th birthday! This house was perfect! It was a beautiful spot and very spacious for all the guest! We do wish the house was a little more clean and we were able to reach the property owner’s easily.

Great house by the lake
Big, clean, spacious lake house with awesome living spaces, big bedrooms (with comfy beds) and a short walk to the public beach on the lake! We spent almost our whole visit at the house and it was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends! Highly recommend!

No hot water, flooding in the garage and several fuses would blow for no reason and no communication with owners when messages sent. When someone did show up they could fix nothing. Will not be returning

Unexpected Issues
Four hours after check in the property manager texts me to inform me that the master bathroom shower does not work and we soon find out that the second shower upstairs also does not work for the first night of our stay; the master bathroom shower never worked for the entirety of our stay. When reaching out to the property manager, there was zero response to our disappointment and dissatisfaction or the mater bathroom shower issue. The house was full with 9 guest and only 1.5 showers to accommodate, which was not what was adversitied. The property manager also asked guests to do laundry (towels) prior to leaving and when doing so, there was already dirty laundry in the washer from prior guests, still damp and musty. Our experience was overall disappointing, especially since it was during the off-season and we expect things to run more smoothly overall.

Perfect getaway weekend!
This place has an amazing view of Lake Winnepesaukee out all the big windows, a fantastic open plan kitchen, fireplace and gorgeous large bedrooms. Absolutely spotless. Near to hiking. We (mixed age adult group of buddies) had a blast hanging around the house, cooking and dancing, napping and board games, hiking, etc. One lucky couple had the truly fantastic master bedroom on the main level, private bath with giant jacuzzi, etc. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-appointed. Would definitely go back.

This is a fantastic property! We had 8 children and 4 adults and there was more than enough space. The hot tub was a hit and the game room huge! Highly recommend.

Beautiful home.
We just spent one week at this rental. It’s beautiful! Lara was quick to respond with any questions we had. The beach passes were so nice to have. We took some day trips and spend some time cooling off in the lake. We LOVED having the linens and towels provided. It made packing for a large group much easier. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was as pretty as the pictures claimed. If we decide to go to New Hampshire again, we would gladly rent this house again.

Beautiful home, but needing lots of tlc and upkeep
This is a beautiful large home that room-wise was ideal for my family! But, from the kitchen provisions to the linens, to the general cleanliness and upkeep of the home, it was much more suited to groups of college kids. We have stayed in many VRBO homes for family vacations in years past and felt that this home was not up to the standards we have experienced and come to expect.

Rainy day paradise
Must have been the worst weather week. Rained all or part of 5 days. Surprisingly we had a fine time.....playing cards and 1000 piece puzzles in the same great room as I cooked another's read, especially using the wonderful attached screened in porches. There are wonder walks, the fantastic Gilford Public Beach just under a mile walk or short drive with plenty of pArking places and picnic tables and snack bar. The water was crystal clear....the kids loved it. Great WW!! museum in Wolfeboro....great shopping close in Tilton. A good time was had by all!

Girls Weekend Getaway
Lara and Fernando's house was absolutely beautiful. We had a group of 14 girls and there was plenty of room to spread out throughout the house, but also all hangout in the common areas together. The house was clean upon arrival and the kitchen had all of the necessary items for cooking while at the house. Looking forward to another visit to their house again in the future!

A fantastic family weekend
My husband and two toddlers, plus grandparents and aunts and uncles, really enjoyed our weekend stay on Varney Point! The house was spacious and clean with a beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again!
