Guests have 1 assigned parking spot and there is overflow available. Guests can walk to all amenities. Guests can also walk to Bank of NH Pavilion of attending concerts. Liquor store, Bagel Shop, Butcher & Patricks Pub also in walking distance. Gunstock Ski Resort 5 miles, Weirs Beach 3 Miles.

As stated in the description the condo is across the street from the water, not right on the water. The view from the little balcony is of the outdoor pool and a peek-a-boo view of Gunstock Ski Mountain. The indoor pool is currently under construction.
No shoes in the condo. No smoking of any kind. Support/service animals only per condo association rules.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
