A very modern but small apartment with a fantastic view at the North end of Gibraltar. Adequately equipped and convenient to public transportation

Communication was Excellent. Thanks, Walter. Parking was in a garage a couple blocks away, if you are parking. The room was clean, and the view was great. Now, the view could have been much better by cleaning the glass sliding doors and glass balcony. They were extremely dirty and hard to see through really well. We were expecting a King size bed, but it was at most a Queen. It was comfortable except for it rolling to the middle. BIGGEST problem was the air conditioning. There was a wall AC, a portable AC, and a tall fan present. The portable AC could not be used, because they have to be vented to the outside. The only way to vent that would be to keep the balcony door open, and they need to drain condensation. So, I don’t know why that was even there. We got the wall AC working, BUT it runs for 5-10 minutes then the compressor shuts off, and it does not come back on. We had to keep pressing the cold button to make it come on. It got very hot at night or when we were gone, because it shuts off. First night was extremely LOUD. The neighbor played very loud music with a LOUD bass until the middle of the night. Overall, it was neat apartment, but these were some of the issues we faced. We did cook our breakfast to save eating out so much.

We had a great view ! Great communication with Walter as well. Parking was tough...if you do need to park there is public parking to the right on the main strip ... make sure to park on the 2nd floor.
