Vacation House La Casetta

"La Casetta" is a typical Sardinian home located in the southwestern part of Sardinia, in the municipality of Giba, in the gentle and unspoiled Sulcitan hills that slope down to the sea, among myrtle plants, artichoke fields and vineyards.

The location is strategic, as about a half-hour drive, heading southeast, you can reach, driving along a breathtaking coastal road, an incredible beach such as "Su Giudeu" near Pula. Even closer are the beaches of "Tuerredda" and "Porto Tramatzu."
Heading southwest are the pristine beaches of Sant'Antioco and Calasetta, where you can take the ferry to visit the wonderful island of San Pietro and the quaint town of Carloforte.
The nearest beach, Porto Pino, is about a 10-minute drive away. A 4-km beach, white sand dunes ( the Is Arenas dunes) and a breathtaking sea.

"La Casetta" is newly renovated, with every comfort, suitable to accommodate one or more families who wish to share a vacation together. It is also ideal for friends who want to have comfortable spaces and privacy while on vacation. On the ground floor, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen wall, windowed bathroom, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Upstairs, large double bedroom with private bathroom, also windowed. Outside, courtyard and a large porch with table where you can dine and spend convivial moments in peace and quiet after long days at the beach.
Nearby, a discount supermarket, pharmacy, bread bakery, butcher's shop and newsstand with tobacconist.
If you are hungry and don't feel like cooking, you have the option, on foot, to choose between a historic inn, with traditional dishes from both land and sea, or a good pizza.
Also interesting is the hinterland, where you can visit some mines, incredible that of Porto Flavia, the Is Zuddas caves and the natural park of Pantaleo, a paradise immersed in the Mediterranean maquis.
It is possible, with prior notice, to take advantage of paid shuttle service to and from Cagliari airport. Local car, scooter and quad bike rentals are also available a few kilometers away.
