The older lady at the reception was great at accommodating a last minute room change request, loved the wooden stairway, was great having a bistro in the hotel was very convenient.

Decent Hotel
The hotel was in a good position for getting around Georgetown. Most things are in walking distance, Hotel reception was very good At ordering a taxi and getting a price. The hotel could benefit from having a communal area, that seems impossible now. It would be it would’ve been nice to have a kettle.

The hotel and room were clean, and the bedroom was comfortable. However, the breakfast service was below par, and the menu was often restricted to one item for breakfast. The coffee was substandard and expensive. I think the cost was a bit high for this location where the guards suggested against going out on foot. Seedy neighborhood although close to downtown.

No elevator, the night shift lady is unreasonably, I arrived at 2 am at the hotel I asked the lady if I can pay for half of the night since it’s 2 am and pay full for the next few days she refused that I should pay the full $170.00 for the half night , I called Expedia but they told me that the hotel have control on that .
