Valeria è una persona gentilissima che sa accogliere i suoi ospiti. La pulizia e la comodità sono eccellenti e la colazione soddisfacente è gentilmente offerta dalla proprietaria. L’appartamento purtroppo si trova in una zona decentrata, al sesto piano di una palazzina senza ascensore.

Soggiorno a Genova Sampierdarena
Appartamento molto ben tenuto, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e raffinatezza. La Signora Valeria (titolare) è una persona molto gentile, accogliente, aperta e allo stesso tempo discreta. Colazione molto ricca preparata dalla titolare. Unico neo: mancanza dell'ascensore, e bagno in comune con un'altra camera. Prezzo buono. Consigliabilissimo !

La mia esperienza al Valeria Apartement è stata eccezionale: la signora Valeria è la persona più indicata per accogliere qualcuno e farlo sentire a casa propria :) Premurosa nel cercare di farti avere ogni comfort e nel cercare di capire ogni tuo bisogno, per me è stata una scoperta fantastica anche dal punto di vista umano. In una parola: speciale! Auguro a tutti i viaggiatori che si trovino in difficoltà di trovare ad accoglierli una persona come Valeria: tutto prenderà un'altra piega :)

Es war kein Hotel!
Das war eben gar kein Hotel! Ich war der Meinung, dass ich ein Hotel gebucht hätte. Bei der Adresse fehlte die Hausnummer. Unser Taxifahrer musste bei der Telefonnummer anrufen, um die Hausnummer zu erfragen. Dabei sagte uns die Frau am Telefon, dass wir ja noch nicht in das Apartment könnten, aber wir könnten das Gepäck dort abstellen. Es war Viertel vor 12 Uhr. Wir schauten in dem Haus, die Wohnung lag im 6. Stock. Meine Tochter fand die Wohnung und hörte, dass sie noch belegt war. Es gab keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck irgendwo unter Aufsicht zu lassen. Wir hätten es ja nicht einfach auf dem Flur stehen lassen können. Es gab vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner. So verließen wir dieses Haus und buchten ein Hotel. Wenn es möglich ist, erstatten Sie mir die 49 €. Da wir nicht in dieser Unterkunft gewohnt haben, habe ich ungenügend angekreuzt.

bydlí se u starší velmi příjemné paní doma, k dispozici je pokoj, koupelna a kuchyň, každé ráno čerstvá snídaně, domácí koláč, domácí pečivo. každý den chlazená voda na pokoji a ovoce na cestu. doporučuji!

Trevligt bemötande
Valeria var helt fantastisk! Du bor hos en italiensk dam som tar hand om dig på bästa sätt. Otroligt trevlig och vänlig. Boendet ligger nära en tågstation, men är en bit ifrån city.

Sono andata con il mio fratello, e non ci troviamo veramente bennisimo! La stanza era comoda, troppo pulita anche come tutta a casa. E Valeria... cosa dire di Valeria... troppo brava, gentilissima, carina, ci troviamo come en casa assolutamente! Un vero piacere, per ritornare!

Keep away!!!
We booked this place because we are 3 person and in Hotels.com they say the apartment is for 2or maximum 3 person. When we met the owner she said i have only one double bed and it was impossible for third person, so we looked for some another place for my friend,after a few hours apartment's owner send us a message and she wrote "if we give her 30£ my friend can stay with us in our room ". The apartment isn't in the center and there is a wrong information in here. We looked about one hour for car parking around the apartment. I don't suggest this place.
