The old harbour is home to the second largest aquarium in Europe, the Maritime Museum and the Bigo panoramic lift by Renzo Piano. The equipped beaches, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are not far away. Genoa organises many cultural events and shows throughout the year. The hinterland offers several hiking trails, mountain bike routes and trekking tours with horses.
