Ft. condo with windows galore, offering the ultimate in tranquility and sophistication.
APRIL MORNING provides choices for your coffee making, a Keurig Barista, a drip pot, a pour over, and an electric pour over tea kettle!
Bathrooms are stocked with the basics, should you choose. Two RIO beach chairs and a few beach towels are ready for your use. The kitchen offers a miscellany of spices, some condiments and birthday candles! A folding round table that is sized for seating six should you want to play cards or board games.
The living room TV is a 75" screen for your enjoyment and free Netflix is offered on the master bedroom TV also.

Lake Erie Vista Rules for Guests and Homeowners: Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated. Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners. Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways or taken into the units. Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails. Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight. Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited.  If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts. Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed. Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed. For your safety:  No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow. *Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls. *No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only.  The lake is dangerous and - please respect it. Please respect our investment and be considerate of others:  *Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station. *Clean up trash when leaving beach.  *Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks. *Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides. Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed. For your safety:   No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk. *No unsupervised swimming. *No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death. *No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool  *No glass in pool area. *Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained. Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios

Condo was excellent for a family visit. Indoor pool, beach access, and outdoor grilling were all perfect for our visit. The sunset views were amazing from the balcony and living room. Would definitely come back again! Highly recommend.

It was a little pricey, definitely wouldn’t pay that price again, the water pressure wasn’t great, cobwebs were everywhere and the mold in the washer and the smell of the washer was terrible. The condo smelt like someone had smoked in it before ( we are non smokers so it is very obvious to us ). The condo itself was pretty and the view was very nice and it had everything we needed the host was also great and accommodating.

We were stunned at how gorgeous the views were and also how clean the place was. The host and manager thought of everything! The amenities the condo provides are also spectacular from the private beach to the pool and even a little campfire ring. We were relaxed to the max! Debbie hosted us in a beautiful condo. The views are amazing! The place is very well equipped and maintained, so our stay was an amazing experience. This condo was better than we expected. It has to be the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Beautiful view of the lake and only a mile from the strip. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus! I would stay here again.
