Lovely staff. Breakfast plentiful but hot food was barely warm. Restaurant area really dusty Shuttle to/from airport very good. Odd arrangement in cups and glasses provided in our room, we were three in the room but had only one of each type of cup and glass and only one of each type of tea . Room service very good, fast and well presented.

Late check in, system down, wrong key given and I arrive in a room already occupied, new room, new key, door did not open, eventually got a working key. Sink was blocked, light switch was broken. Took 45 min at 11.30 at night to check in. This hotel is badly kept, badly managed and it was a disaster. Never again and I wil make sure people know that.
