My husband and I sepnt a night here while we were visiting the Fingerlakes. The hotel was very clean, in a great location and rooms are spacious. All of the staff we met were very welcoming. We look forward tonstaying here again in the future.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the patio seating and small fire place in the evenings. It was great relaxing around the fire. I also enjoyed the coffee machine with coffee pods, cups, sugar etc. In the room. There even was decaf. It was a perfect addition to my evening snack.

It felt like the hotel could use a refresh. I noticed dirt around the exterior of the shower/grout and the plastic recycle basket was cheap looking. It was placed in the front of the room and did not feel clean or pleasant although I appreciate the focus on recycling made easy.

Short stay in Geneva while driving through. Hotel was very clean with comfortable King room. Breakfast included was better then most. Indoor pool was quite small. Wish newer hotels would have outdoor pools.

Check in was smooth and I enjoyed a free upgrade since I prepaid. Wish the handicap shower was completely flat and walk in for my over 75 guests. Enjoying the complimentary breakfast and some time in the pool before continuing our journey. Very convenient spot - not on Lake Seneca but only a 5 minute drive to Belhurst Castle!

Room was good but did not fix complaint.
Room was good, clean, beds comfortable. Reported fridge not working, received response saying it was checked out while we were away and it was just cycling off and on. Fridge still did not get cold or keep any of our food or water cold. Had to throw out our leftovers from dinner. Reported again to desk while leaving. Breakfast was okay, better than some.
