Disappointing experience
While this is a lovely hotel and centrally located, my flight was delayed and they still charged me for the night that I was unable to use. I was told hotels.com would need to approve before they could amend, but once they approved it the hotel was still unwilling to refund the night. Very disappointing! Wish I could give them a better rating because everything else was great.

Great option for proximity to the lake
I enjoyed my 2 night stay here for business but one leisure day at the end of a longer trip. They were able to accommodate a pretty late checkout (for a fee) which was great because my departing flight wasn’t until nighttime. I did not use any of the facilities like the gym/bar. Room was nicely appointed - a tiny bit small walking past the bed but honestly overall it was a larger size hotel room for what I’m used to in Europe. Could open the window to let a nice breeze in (everywhere I went on this trip it was so hot indoors!) So overall it’s a pretty basic (but nice) European hotel. And it’s in a convenient location. I think it is by some red light-ish night clubs, but I only noticed one time walking back late and it reminded me because I had read in some reviews but it is zero issue / if I hadn’t read ahead I probably wouldn’t have even noticed

Great location, convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Room was a good size for two people, space to tuck things away. Find somewhere else to get breakfast, though. 29 Euro for a light buffet was not worth it.

It was a ver y lovely stay however there was lots of dust on both bedside tables everything else however was really good it’s located in the perfect area. Would recommend.

We had a very nice 2 day stay. The property is very reasonable in cost. The level of street noise on a Friday night lasted a long time. The air conditioning was not functioning. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice small hotel. Great bed and bathroom. Convenient location close to train station (in between very nice and very poor areas of city). Breakfast was ok, coffee was terrrible. Hoped for a nice hotel bar, but no. Expedia “VIP benefit” was not useful.

Great rooms. Super spacious for European standards and the room felt clean and fresh. The staff was super helpful with all of our questions and had great suggestions of things to do and places to go. Rooms were quiet and amenities were fantastic. The hotel isn’t in the best location as the safe / desirable side to be on is across the river, but needless to say, it’s a quick walk to get to the good area of town.
