Great location - lack of facilities and difficult bed position where your sleeping partner had to crawl over the top of you to get to the bathroom was not ideal. The lack of no tea or coffee making facilities in your room is also not great when you like a drink at bedtime or when you wake up. Also the experience of obtaining the room and keys for the room did not go smoothly for us and wasn’t appreciated after a long and late journey.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything. The only thing is rooms are tiny and no real door to the toilet room. Otherwise, It was great stay.

Fairly easy to get from airport/train station to the hotel. A little hilly walk but not at all difficult. Very modern style room - small but functionally laid out. Usually all we want in a hotel is clean, a comfortable bed and a nice shower. CitizenM checked all the boxes. Very good breakfast with many options. We would stay again.

I love this hotel. It has an ultramodern vibe (eg, all lights/blinds/media in room controlled via iPad) and the service is excellent. The rooms are the usual size but have been designed with a clever IKEA-like savoir faire to give a sense of roominess. Lovely area of town. Breakfast is superb - just the usual offerings, but tasty and very high quality.

Great property located in a central location. Convenient to shopping, dining and transportation. Walkable to Lake Geneva. Staff was great and very courteous especially Katalina. Rooms could be bigger but that’s expected in Europe. Must stay and a beautiful city with friendly people.
