The staff were terrible to deal with, but had a good stay they offered us a late check out but it had to be paid asap they couldn’t trust us to sleep in and pay our 50 even thou they had my card details not very good service at all

While the property was convenient for what we needed, I found it absurdly expensive for what it was (standard cabin). I was annoyed to find they had only made the lower bunk (I know they all do this but when you spend $250 a night I’d expect not to have to do this myself). I found the linen to be unclean, no doona covers annoy me (and showed off the dirty doona underneath) and mould in a bathroom is unacceptable at this price point. I wish I’d spent the extra $50 and stayed at the hotel in town with a good reputation and not had the lack lustre experience I had at this caravan park. I would not stay here again. Over priced and very underwhelming.

We had a very relaxing stay in a great location to get around & do some sight seeing. The Cabin was very comfortable, clean & very quiet. The staff were very friendly, helpful & made us feel very welcome. The surrounding parks were great for a walk. We stayed 3 days & would definitely recommend to our Family & Friends.

The park is in the process of having renovations done, and we had one of the unrenovated trailers, but it was still comfortable. Kitchen had what you'd need for easy meals. The checkin ends early, and if you go through Expedia they don't have a way to contact you direct so you need to contact them for late checkin instructions. We arrived after checkin ended and called the after hours manager to get the details; they were very helpful. Laundry is for a decent price and doesn't take long; wash and dry in about 50 minutes. Across the street from a park with walking trails which was nice. Nearby a brewery and food starting point for the great ocean road.

Our 3 bedroom deluxe cabin didn't have a smart tv as advertised and it was dirty with hair and dirt all over the bathroom floor and cupboard, and the bedroom with bunks was covered with dead insects and flies on walls around top bunks. Couch was visibly stained also. Staff were wonderful but cleanliness let it down

Our stay at Tasman was not great. The location was perfect but that’s all it had going for it. The split system did nothing, no fan in the kids room, no sheer blinds for privacy, shower was broken, cleanliness was below standard, the pool was disgusting and extremely dirty. For a weekend where we had extreme weather -my kids and I happily left quickly . Not happy travellers
