Tout d abord les clés doivent être retirée dans un autre endroit à Sopot dans une sorte de kiosque. C est écrit dans le message après réservation donc pas moyen de le savoir avant. Quand on arrive de la gare en taxi ou de l aéroport pendant les heures d ouverture c est très décevant d'apprendre qu' il faut se taper une Eure de transports en plus. Le réceptionniste à le culot de dire nous dire qu' on avait qu'à lire le message qui accompagnait la réservation. Moi je pense que ces fainéants auraient pu se déplacer voire laisser les clés au gardien. J'avais demandé un appartement pour 4 adultes et j ai un lit double et un lit tiroir. Le tiroir étant aux dimensions pour un enfant ! L un de nous à dormi dans le canapé. Très mauvaise expérience
