Stay at the highland manor. Shelvie is a sweethear
Our room had a fire place. We did not use it but when we check in and entered our room it smelled like soot! We had to open windows and air it out for the first to days. I had a car freshener in my car that I bought into the room. I purchased a candle near by and turned it on in the room. Things were better by the third day.

Very quiet stay. Hotel situated in the valley of Townsend and surrounded by mountains. Nice walkway to enjoy in front of property. Rooms were very clean and staff extremely friendly.

The room was not as clean as it should have been and had a musty smell. Other than that, the room was pretty nice and we were able to air it out. As is typical, breakfast was marginal with low quality baked goods. LOTS of styrofoam ... so the motel managers have ZERO environmental consciousness.

Quiet and vey comfy
We had an amazing view from our balcony. The room was excellent! Very comfy and clean. Cleaning service each day was super. We will be going to stay here again next time
