Great views but don't look too closely inside
Overall as described and am in the listing but a dirtier than expected. Nothing overly gross but you can see cleaning was more of an quick clean instead of a thorough clean. Sheets and towels were clean and fine. The view was amazing and being able to walk around downtown was definitely the best part of the rental.

When I tell you this place is fantastic, I can’t say it better. Beds were so comfy, fire place was electric which was so nice and it was a great location to downtown Gaitlinburg! I will say, the floor in the kitchen is cold in the winter but that is because of the beautiful floor to ceiling windows that are in there for the view! Just wear socks and you are fine! Would for sure stay here again!

The room was up to date we was contacted to make sure the checkin went well the only thing i can pick at would be how cold the kitchen floor was other than that everything else was spot on. Definitely would stay again

Great condo for couple!
The condo is nice and modern, we enjoyed our stay very much! We didn’t cook or use the fireplace so we can’t speak on those items. My only suggestion would be to update the master bathroom (flooring, cabinet, toilet) as it is a bit dated. With that being said, everything worked as it should and that would not deter me from staying again. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Nice condo but was not what we expected.
The condo definitely looks like the pictures with a nice view but the view is mainly in the kitchen and from where the windows are in the sun all day long the condo was HOT. It says a starter kit is left but it looked to have been used by previous guests (pre used toilet paper rolls, paper towels and Half empty hand soap) no coffee for the coffee pot ect. Towels are mix match and have a dingy feel and smell some with holes and clearly very used. Beds were standard and overall comfortable, lighting in the secondary bedroom is nonexistent there are lamps but it doesn’t make up for the lack of overhead lighting, the ac vent above the bed in that room also leaks and dripped onto our guests pillow leaving it extremely wet. The listing listed a hot tub and jacuzzi tub but there was no hottub only the tub in the master bedroom. Pool area is outside only and very basic going to 5ft the office is closed on weekends so no pool maintenance was performed the entire length of our stay. Dumpster is located in the parking lot that was convenient also baggage carts were offered at the front. It says it’s a 4 minute walk but it’s definitely longer 10-15 minutes at best to actual, there is a trolley stop but the location was literally on the side of the busy road turning into an intersection so I definitely wouldn’t recommend it with young kids. The entire place needs a DEEP clean it was filthy I took several photos of dirt and such but I can’t post them.We won’t be staying again unfortunately
