Approximately 484 square feet, this exquisite One- Bedroom Standard Villa features 1 Queen Bed, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa comfortable for children including a full kitchen, dining room, bathroom and laundry is in unit. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Stove/Range, Washer/Dryer and Wheelchair Accessible.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Mountain Loft is McGhee-Tyson Airport (TYS) which is 47 miles by car respectively.

Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle per villa. Note: No trailer, boat or RV parking available.

No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine.

Cigarette smoking is not allowed within the premises whether it is inside the establishment or on the property grounds. Anyone caught smoking within the boundaries of the fence will be fined $300. The same rule applies for electronic cigarettes.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and concierge services. The front desk is open around the clock.
