2000 +/- square feet- You'll enjoy the Cabin's open floor plans on each level-so plenty of room for all to enjoy! Pools Open for season on May 9th and Close Sept 6th.

**Gorgeous, pristine luxury cabin with amazing views of Smoky Mountain National Park and Mount LeConte. Gorgeous mountain views may be enjoyed from any deck or floor but if your preference is to soak in the large hot tub you can do so while looking out over the Smoky Mountains. From the deck(s) you can also see Bent Creek golf course as well as the creek that runs through the course.

**Sleeping accommodations include 3 king rooms, 1 full size bunkbed and 2 queen sleeper sofas, for additional sleeping. 3 King Suites with two located on the main level and one upstairs. The lower level features the Gameroom /bedroom with Full bunkbeds and queen sleeper.

**The Game Room- you'll find a spacious game room and a an awesome Hockey Table, and TWO retro 80s-style arcade game with 60 games including several Pacman varieties, Galaga, Frogger, and many more. . If your thing is movies you can watch them on the 75" SMART TV or watch all ball games with our premium TV channels. If you have a subscription to a streaming movie program (like Netflix) – the SMART TV gives you the ability to log in to your account. Relax on our sectional recliner or the queen sofa sleeper.

Heavenly View offers high speed cable internet with wireless access that supports your devices on 5Ghz& 2.5Ghz speeds.

**The Kitchen- If cooking is your thing then you'll be pleased with the well-stocked kitchen. We have service for 12 and flatware for 20 so you won’t be spending your time washing dishes. We have pots and pans, a 4slot toaster, a hand mixer and baking dishes. We also have a Mr. Coffee machine that makes a pot of coffee. Also off the kitchen is a closed in patio with additional seating and TV. Relax out there with your morning coffee.

**The Living Room- Offers ample seating: a queen size sofa sleeper, dining table and a reclining chair to gather around to watch a show on the 65" SMART TV

**The Upstairs- Offers a HUGE Master Suite with chairs to read a book or relax and watch TV !! Perfect place to hide and getaway !



Off the main deck is THE MILLON DOLLAR VIEW you walk right thru the kitchen and patio and on to the deck. Sit by the Gas fire table and enjoy the AMAZING VIEW !!! Gas can be purchased at the grocery store . The deck does wrap around for more seating. We provide a charcoal grill so you can grill out a night or two and enjoy the mountains staying in one evening. Don't forget to go down the steps and to the bottom deck area and soak away in the hot tub after your fun filled days in Gatlinburg !!

1. The Views-gorgeous views from the living room, kitchen and outdoor deck. Enjoy your morning coffee, a meal with friends, or a drink on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful view.
2. The Privacy- the luxurious home is located on a private 1 acre lot so you won’t hear noise from the city. Heavenly Views is located in the prestigious golf community of Cobbly Knob and not in the commercial area. We are on 2 private acres .
3. Location- enjoy proximity to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood without all the traffic. We are located on the east side of Gatlinburg! Away from all the heavy traffic ! Why go to the mountains to be stuck in the car!
4. The Home itself-not your typical cabin. This home is custom built for luxury & sophistication. The Primary bedroom upstairs is spacious (475 sq ft) and has a sitting area & large private bath. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms on the main level share a bathroom and 4th bedroom/gameroom is downstairs with a half bath for privacy. Gameroom/ Bedroom downstairs is on the lower level & is detached from the main house with its own private entrance .

5. Outdoor seasonal pools are located close to the property . On property is a new hot tub for up to 7 people ! For guests only.

As with most VRBO rentals, we do not provide shower or laundry supplies. We provide a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom to get you started and a paper towel roll. There is a gas grill on the back deck and gas fireplace out doors . We do not provide gas for the grill or fireplace . Gas can be purchased at the grocery store. We ask that guests please maintain the grill and fireplace . Keep the grill clean after cooking on it please . Dispose of hot coals in the metal bucket provided . Alway purchase separate travel insurance incase you can't make your trip. That way insurance will reimburse you for circumstances out of yours and our control .
During your stay at this cabin, you'll be within walking distance of Bent Creek Golf Club. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool, a spa tub, and an arcade/game room. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the cabin.

The house was exactly as described. The game room was perfect for my college children to stay in. We saw a bear on our first night! Views were amazing and we enjoyed the back porch in the evenings. The hot tub was perfect after long hikes in the Smokey’s. We enjoyed many local attractions and the location made that easy. The host responded immediately when we had some questions. I like highly recommend and would love to return in the future!

Great house overall, great location, beautiful views. Only minor issues were no soap or shampoo supplied so we had to go purchase those. The upstairs shower also leaked onto the bed of one of the bedrooms one night but we called the owner who was very responsive to aim the shower less against the rear of the shower, and he said he was going to fix.

Wonderful Summer Stay!
We loved Heavenly Views cabin so much, we wish we would have stayed longer! We loved walking into the cabin for the first time to music of “Rocky Top Tennessee” playing. Cabin was the perfect size for our 2 families (4 adults, 2 teens, 1 kid, 1 toddler). Beds were all extremely comfortable. Cabin was super clean. We cooked dinners at the cabin and found every appliance and cooking tool we needed. Hot tub was wonderful to wind down after long days exploring Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The game room was enjoyed by adults and kids alike. We swam in one of the property pools. It’s nothing fancy, but it gets the job done to cool off. Loved the sightings of the Mama Bear and 3 cubs that live in the area! Keith was a fantastic host and very gracious with our questions. Looking at some of Keith’s other properties in the area for our next trip to the mountains!

Beautiful View!
The views from this property absolutely cannot be beat! We enjoyed being away the city and relaxing together with our extended family. The large deck with comfortable outdoor seating and the hot tub were definite “pluses” of this property. The sunroom is also super cozy! Kitchen was large, well stocked with needed items and the home is very inviting. The King suite upstairs is very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owners was superb! I do wish that the downstairs game area could have been accessed from within the home…our pre-teens were all set to sleep downstairs until night rolled around and they were apprehensive to be so far away from the others. Gatlinburg isn’t far if you are looking for activities during the day.

This cabin was perfect for our trip! The only thing about the cabin we would have changed was if the kids arcade and bunk area had an indoor stairwell/connection to the main cabin. Our kids were too young to have to walk outside at night to come get us if needed! Besides that, the cabin was perfect, and we were able to get videos of our bear visitors that came by while we were out one day from the cabin owners, which our kids really enjoyed seeing! Highly recommend!

No regrets! Would totally book this home again!
I’m very happy I chose this home for my daughters birthday getaway. We had 3 generations join us. Great grandparent and grandparents comfortable on the main floor that had large open floor plan where we could all visit. The views are amazing! Just as described. Hot tub was awesome! Everyone enjoyed it with either morning coffee of night cap; even the great grandparents were able to get in. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. So much better than any hotel. Home smelt fresh. Dryer had low airflow took a while to dry the towels we washed (oh maybe bring a few extra for the hot tub.) other than that, honestly.. we had an amazing time! This doesn’t reflect the property or house but I want to share this story as a heads up how fast a bear can be at the door We were loading up to drive to cades cove and my dad packed a snack bag, set it on the passenger seat and left the van door open. Within minutes a mamma bear and 2 yearlings showed up and she actually put her front paws and upper body in the van then we set off the car alarm and they ran off. Imagine walking out the the car and there’s a black bear! Terrifying. The neighbors to the left of the house were disrespectful and left trash bags ontop of the metal bear proof enclosure every night so I believe that’s what attracted them to the hillside. Just know they showed up in minutes. Id be cautious with letting kids head to the car first. (Also the owners were really cool and sent me the security cam videos)

Mountain Majesty
We thoroughly enjoyed the morning view of the mountains from both the deck and the spacious living room. The black bear that came to say a brief hello one evening was an added bonus. The cabin is a short drive from all the major attractions while offering a respite from the busy tourist spots. Four generations of our family gathered under one roof were comfortable for sleeping and cooking large meals. We're planning another trip next year.

Overall this house is beautiful. It’s right above a golf course and about 20 minutes to downtown gatlinburg! We got ready at the house for our wedding then went to the chapel the amount of room in the house was perfect for everyone to get ready. The master suite on the top floor is absolutely gorgeous. Everything in the house worked except the coffee maker which wasn’t bad we went and bought one to use. Everything else was perfect! We would love to stay here again in the future!

I would return again, everyone thought beds was so comfortable. Its away from all the commercial area, but yet a close drive to get there. I had all ages with me and this chalet was prefect for us all to space out. We found 1 pool to drive to. Guard said only 2 was open. But the one was enough. If you enjoy being up in the Mountains you will love this.

Best Vacation by far
We had the best experience. This place really was a home away from home. The home came with the basic necessities needed to kick off your vacation. It was so hard for us to leave. The view was absolutely breath taking. It was conveniently located for small shopping and short trips to pigeon forge and gatlinburg shopping and attractions. We will definitely be back.
