My only wish is that the breakfast was open later than 10am. We are not early risers. Everything else was fine. Safe area to walk at night back from downtown.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was extremely nice and welcoming, and the location was a very short walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg. I especially want to call out Sam, she was very helpful with a request I made. My one and only complaint is the bathroom doors have a sliding feature door feature, they are frosted glass and do not lock. This is why I left 4 stars instead of 5. I could see this as being troublesome for a family as the doors offer limited privacy and are definitely not soundproof at all. The hotel should reconsider this design choice. Other than that, wonderful hotel!

We enjoyed our week stay on the fifth floor corner, king bed, overlooking the mountain stream. The Mountain View is blocked by another hotel but the balcony gives creek view and sounds. Breakfast was yummy and well stocked by a friendly staff. We enjoyed sitting around the gas outside fire pits and bears were active in the stream and parking lot.

Nice, but...
The hotel and room were nice. However, we stayed six nights in a king room and there was no dresser in the room...only 3 small wire shelves inside the TV stand. No dresser for two of us. We had to leave our clothes in our suitcases. Not even a luggage rack to put the suitcase on. The microwave was below the TV (near the floor). The TV was far across the room from the bed (in the "living" area), so to hear the TV in bed the volume had to be loud, and then the adjoining room could hear it. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay, but for a longer stay would have to think twice.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Despite some bad reviews that I had previously read before going, I was genuinely pleased with the stay. Rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great for a free breakfast, with excellent food choices The outside seating area/hot tub, was very relaxing and well maintained. Didn’t use the outside pool as the weather was too cold, but appeared to be well maintained. However, the inside pool was great. This is a pet friendly hotel as well. Only down fall for this location, it’s a 1/2 mile walk up/down hill to the main street of Gatlinburg. Wouldn’t recommend if you have to push a wheelchair or have physical limitations on walking distances. Oh and, look out for the bears, they are frequent visitors! Would recommend bringing all food in the hotel and nothing left in your car. Overall, I loved it and would definitely stay again. Hope this is helpful!
