We got a call from the property the day before asking us to switch rooms. We had booked 2 queen beds. They said it would be an upgrade to a king with a fireplace. Upon opening the room door their was a smell of cleaner. Could not get rid of it with both doors open to air out. Our bathroom was so small that only 1 person could be in there. Yes, there is a creek running in front of the hotel, but with the main road right there we could hear traffic all night. This hotel really needs updating. We were expecting a cozy room with the cabin vibe.

Very nice property in a quiet setting. The staff is great. We dealt most of the time with Mario who is very professional, courteous, and kind hearted person. We also had opportunity briefly interact with Nicky, another great receptionist. The breakfast does not offer bagel but for us it was no issue. The lady arranging breakfast area was also very nice. Thank you.

The property is older, but it was clean, good location, the Continental breakfast was excellent, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, milk cereal, toast. Yogurt and coffee.

Ok in general but room quite noisy (can hear outside traffic). Not sure if it’s because door to balcony isn’t sealed (?). Bathroom quite tight, although towels are thicker than most. Sausages and eggs nicely cooked although it would be nice to have a little more choices. Morning staff very nice but person at check in not welcoming. Location nice, can walk to good eateries and attractions.

Great value
Great location friendly staff and great value. The hotel is a bit on the older side so its a little worn in places but everything was very clean. The location is excellent especially for the price. Plenty of shopping, attractions, and food options in walking distance. Parking can be a pain if the place is fully booked but other than that no complaints.

We had a good stay, only one night, beside the river, but also beside the road and traffic got a little noisy in the early morning. Other than that, it was a good stay for my wife and me.
