Thank you for making our first time great.
The stay was amazing it was just what we needed and more, Staff was very attentive, breakfast was amazing, the location was perfect, it was about 6 miles from pigeon forge and had a trolley stop pretty much in front of thw hotel, we also had a nice view of the mountains and the river, it was so peaceful, my family loved it, planning on visiting again

Great place beautiful river front.
We had a great time at this hotel. Rooms were big and clean with a renovated bathroom. The mattress was way to soft causing us to lay in a hole. The view was nice facing the river. Not to far from downtown so we never moved the car from the parking spot. The hotel was a bit too pricey, but for where it is, I guess it’s normal. I would definitely recommend!

Nothing fancy. Great property within walking distance to town. Not your place to stay if you are looking for things to do on the property. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep at the end of a long day then I would highly recommend this place

We only stayed here one night and didn’t know about the fire place until we checked out! Definitely will be booking again! The rooms are small and facility is outdated but the morning, evening view was AMAZING! Hearing the river over the balcony is a sound I would want to wake up to everyday!!

The room we had did not look like the pictures online at all. The view of the creek was the only nice thing. Staff was not very friendly on check in. We were given the room right next to the door to the elevator therefore it was very noisy when opening and closing. Also, very noisy due to construction outside as well but that isn’t the hotels fault. The room looked as if it was still being renovated half painted and patched spots, cracks and holes in walls, etc. Stain on bed linens as well as musty smell. Multiple hairs in and on tub. Dirt on walls.. just was not a good experience at all. I would not have stayed an additional night had I booked more than one night.

Hotel is older but, you can't beat the view or the location. It's a 10 minute walk right into Gatlinburg.
