First trip to Gatlinburg.
The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable with amazing pillows. I was toward the end and didn’t have much traffic up and down the hall ways which was amazing. Overall great trip.

The staff are not friendly and not competent. We were charged twice and we told the front desk and a supervisor at our stay, he said the second one would fall off but it never did. The room was okay but the free breakfast was not edible or good at all. We passed a bear on the way back at night from downtown Gatlinburg walking back to the hotel! This may have been from the recent storm because there was bears being seen in the area. It is walking distance from downtown but is a couple of blocks.

The property was very clean. The parking was tight squeeze. Location was a bit of a walk from main strip. The hotel itself was quiet. Barely saw any other tourist. I would stay here again& recommend this hotel.

The parking lot at the hotel is tight. Small places with vehicles very close to each other. The registration employee needs to wear appropriate clothing identifying him/her as an employee. Said employee looked like his cell phone is more important than the guests. On the day of check out, there was no one at the registration desk. However, there was a female (black) sleeping on the lobby couch. I looked around the registration lobby for someone to help me to check out and there was no one. After making a little noise, the sleeping lady woke up and asked if I was checking out and I said yes. She told me just put my keys on the counter and rolled back over. The hotel is very nice and is in a great location.
