Sorprendentemente bueno para el precio
Las instalaciones son muy buenas, moderno y bonito. Las habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas y agradables. Tienen microondas, cafetera y nevera. Muy limpio. Vi un poco de caos a la hora del desayuno, es un poco pequeño el espacio y la gente chocaba para encontrar las cosas. En cuanto al personal, los del front desk no muy amables pero los de housekeeping muy atentos.

Overall our stay was just ok. It was a farther walk than anticipated to the main hub. The beds in this hotel were horrible. I did not get one good night’s sleep. I will bring my own mattress topper next time. The breakfast left much to be desired. There was no ice or vending on our floor. We had to go down stairs to get it. Also, at one point we needed a drink and were charged $3.25 for a can of soda. I also rain out of my personal Tylenol and had an awful headache. Tylenol was available for $7.50 for 2. That is shameful!

The hotel looks like it's been built recently. Rooms are clean, furniture and accessories are in good condition. People at the reception are friendly and helpful. The breakfast they offer has just a few items and the food it's of low quality. The parking lot is crowded and the parking spaces are very tight so if you have a pickup-truck or SUV it may be challenging to park it. Overall, I expected a little more for the money I payed.

The property is extremely clean high is always my biggest concern! The hot breakfast was good. The hotel is walking distance (5 min walk… probably less than that) from Gatlinburg downtown strip and a 7 min. Walk from the Gatlinburg Convention Center, which was so convenient because we were visiting for a cheer competition. I have already recommended the hotel 3 times since we left just yesterday and I will be staying again for future trips!!
