I stay in front of the house so maximum reactivity in the event of a problem. !!

Perfect for a family and equipped for a family !! Ideally positioned at a distance by car: 10 minutes from the beaches of Grimmaud, 10 minutes from the port of Saint Tropez.
This ideal area for families and retirees known for its tranquility, its 2 Olympic size swimming pools 45 seconds from the house with large green spaces will give you your private space to sunbathe in peace. There is a corner for babies and young children who will have their swimming pool adapted.
Pétanque courts, ping-pong tables, the 2 new tennis courts and the roads in the area will be perfect for children. Permanent security on the estate with dozens of cameras, the caretaker and a code gate will help you complete a pleasant stay.
The house is completely new from April 2019 fully equipped with: air conditioning throughout the house, 60 'smart TV and TNT, Netflix, unlimited internet, a real kitchen, an outdoor patio for eating on the terrace, a trampoline in the garden .
The bedding is new, each memory foam mattress and 1 Queen bed for the master bedroom on the ground floor, and 1 double bed with 2 single beds for children or friends on the mezzanine.

Très bon emplacement
Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, l'agencement, le calme de la location dans une résidence sécurisé, jardin bien clôturé (2 petits chiens) et aucun vis à vis avec tout le nécessaire pour un bon séjour. Très bon et rapide échange avec le propriétaire. Internet et decodeur tv parfait pour cette saison. Cela dit en hiver, problème d'humidité et d'isolation à la maison (froid dans la maison) malgré les points de chauffage installés (impossible de faire fonctionner) et chauffage électrique d'appoint. C'est très bien que l'on soit obligé de payer le ménage avec abritel car rien à faire en arrivant (lits) et ménage en partant mais malheureusement il faudrait que ce soit dans les 2 sens car on aurait cru juste fait superficiellement pour notre arrivée... et aucun ustensiles de nettoyage pour un petit coup dans la semaine. Malgré tout, nous recommandons vivement cette location! Très belle région !!!

Un très bon séjour dans cette petite maison bien équipée située dans une copropriété avec piscines très bien entretenues et terrain de piscine. Très bonne situation car très proche de la mer et des principaux commerces !

Leider keine volle Punktzahl!
Wir waren im Juni 2022 in dieser Ferienwohnung. Positiv war, dass der Vermieter immer sehr schnell geantwortet hat und kleine Fragen und Probleme lösen konnte/wollte. Negativ war, dass die Wohnung ein Problem mit Schimmel hat. Die Wand zwischen Badezimmer und Kochnische war feucht und der Putz blätterte ab. Die Unterschränke in der Küche haben sehr stark nach Schimmel gestunken. Nach unserer Reklamation kam eine Reinigungskraft und hat die Schränke mit einem Schimmelreiniger ausgewaschen und das Geschirr gespült. Das hat natürlich nur 1 Tag Wirkung gezeigt. Insgesamt hat uns diese Situation sehr geärgert, da dieses Feuchtigkeitsproblem in diesem Zustand nicht neu war. Diese Wohnung hätte nicht vermietet werden dürfen. Da wir keine Lust hatten 1.200 km nach Hause zu fahren und den Urlaub abzubrechen, haben wir diesen Umstand zähneknirschend hingenommen. Wir hätten uns über einen Rabatt zur Wiedergutmachung gefreut und haben auch danach gefragt. Statt dessen wurde uns ein freies Wochenende in der Nebensaison angeboten. Dieses Angebot möchten wir nicht annehmen. Die Ursache für die Feuchtigkeit muss gefunden und behoben werden. In diesem Zustand kann ich diese Wohnung leider nicht empfehlen!

Nette Umgebung , alles gut erreichbar.
Das Objekt hätte für meinen Eindruck besser gepflegt sein müssen.. Auch außerhalb der Saison ! Es war nur eine Sonnenliege da obwohl das Haus für 3 Personen geeignet war.. Für uns störend da wir uns viel im Garten des Hauses aufgehalten haben.. Auf unsere Bitte eine zweite Liege zu bekommen .. Antwort des Vermieters , die Saison ist vorbei..Die Putzfrau könnte keine Liege mehr besorgen.. Die angekündigte Hängematte im Garten war auch nicht da .. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche liess zu wünschen übrig.. In den Pfannen klebten alte Speisereste des Vormieters ,sehr unappetitlich..

La location est très bien placée, à coté de la piscine (même si nous n'en avons pas profité à cause de la météo) et des terrains de tennis en parfait état. Tout est compris et les échanges ont été de très bonne qualité.

Séjour agréable malgré quelques désagréments
Cette petite maison est certainement plus agréable l'été pour une famille de 5 personnes qu'à l'automne car à 3 adultes nous étions déjà assez nombreux à manger dans la cuisine. La salle de bains est très joliment décorée et agréable. Points d'améliorations: meilleure communication des informations (code du portail de la résidence à donner), pas d'accès à Netflix, ni aux chaînes de Free, contrairement à ce qui avait été annoncé lors de notre réservation.
