What a wonderful getaway. Plenty to do in and around Eureka Springs but a beautiful place to get much needed peace and solitude surrounded by the lake and nature. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Nice lake house
We stayed here for a week with another family. It’s quite spacious and there was a lot of things to do in the area. We fished from the dock and caught quite a few small fish, zip lined, kayaked and took a ghost tour of the Crescent hotel in Eureka Springs. It was about a 20 minute drive to Eureka Springs and about a 10 minute drive to the local grocery store. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and had all the necessary amenities for us to cook our meals all week and enjoy time with our family and friends. There are two kitchens each with their own set up. We enjoyed our stay!

Beaver lake getaway
My family was impressed with this house. Very clean, nice furniture and decorations, great lake access and plenty of supplies as far as pillows and towels. The kitchen ready to cook anything, this is key because it is not close to anything. The house did not feel like a nightly rental it felt like we were house sitting someone's home. Great place for big families and there friends and their kids there's room for everybody. The only negative is road gets a little rough, I'm glad we had a suv but the locals seemed to get around fine in cars. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Family Friendly Hideaway
Beautiful home, as others have mentioned it is even better in-person. Spacious rooms, all the essentials plus more in the kitchen. There is a large pantry in the laundry room stoked with crock-pots, and a variety of extra pots, pans and coomware. 2 roku internet ready TV's in the home, wifi was good and strong. The swim dock was beautiful and well-maintained. There is a path to the lake. It's a bit steep and rocky, but our 2.5, 3, 5 & 8 year olds handled it easily. Our only negative was that the clothes washer was not functional when we arrived which we were not informed of ahead of time. More than enough room for 6 adults, 2 teens and 4 kids. We've rented at many lake homes and this is one of our top choices. 10/10 would recommend and we plan to return!!

Wonderful, relaxing, and peaceful
We had a great time at the lake house. Great location on a beautiful, calm lake. House was clean and bigger than expected....our group had plenty of room. We really enjoyed sunrise every morning on the top deck (there are two screened in decks in addition to a wrap around deck). The king size beds were very comfortable. The house was well furnished with everything you need. Wifi worked great. TV was limited to a few channels, but we didn't mind at all. Short drive to Eureka Springs if desired. The neighborhood road can be a bit tricky but is manageable. Overall, a very enjoyable vacation and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Straight forward no frills
Nothing flashy about the place, just solid from top to bottom. Great porch, dock and location. Gotta get some better treads on the shower floors - 2 people fell. We had issue with fridge staying cool and even though they couldn’t fix that same day we had a great time in the place. Super location, solid place and superior communication with Mgmnt Group.

Great weekend with the family!
This house DOES have a private dock at a great location on the lake. The owner needs to post some photos of it and emphasize that the property has one. It was fantastic! Communication with management was great. Check in easy. Overall a very clean house other than a few spots on the carpet. The gas grill was not getting very hot and had a gas flow problem but we left a maintenance request so I'm sure that will get fixed. The beds were very comfortable and having two kitchens was convenient. Two screened in porches which was amazing. Bathrooms were very clean. The walk down to the dock was not too bad. Very close to the boat ramp. There is a crazy lady up the road that thinks the world revolves around her and that you shouldn't drive down "her" road. The manager gives very specific driving instructions on how to get to the property and avoid the crazy lady and "her" road. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Beaver Lake House
This house is lovely and met all of our needs. The dock is amazing and worth the walk down to it. We rented a boat a couple of days and parked at the dock to use the picnic table. The house had one more bedroom than we knew about but we didn't need it. The house is decorated beautifully and the screened in porches were a great place to dine.

Very nice house
The overall stay was excellent. There were no views from the house, but if you walk down to the lake dock, the view is spectacular! My parents went with us and had a hard time walking up the steep incline to get back to the house from the dock, but otherwise, it was great. The drive back to the house is a bit rough and bouncy, but it let's you know you're off the beaten path! It was just a short drive to anywhere we needed or wanted to go; no complaints there. We had a hard time getting the TV to work for the first 3 days, but after that, it was fine. However, there is cable only in the top floor living room, and you can't get any internet downstairs. We had a swell time. We left our crockpot by mistake, so I hope it serves well for future guests!
