We had called them to make sure we get both rooms on the ground floor. They did not know! We got one room on ground floor. Our rooms for the second day weren't cleaned. Only towels were changed. Cooffee items were not replaced.

We chose to extend our stay and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we could stay in the same room for our entire stay. 200-300 yards from the Yellowstone entrance. Well worth the money and thank you for the extra service.

The hotel was reasonable, a little tired probably needs an update especially for the money. We understand prices being high in a tourist area so we are sure that the hotel could spend a little of that money on updating the facilities, The hotel room was reasonably clean and comfortable, however, we were on the lower floor and you can hear everything the upstairs people are doing and we must have had elephants above us and the noise went on way past ‘quiet time’.
