Hotel manager Eva is extremely rude. The smell is really really bad. Dirty and smell like rotten eggs.

Bathroom was not cleaned, area was sketchy, while I was at the am-pm next to the hotel , a hotel guest was caught stealing. Had to pay extra $7 dls per day just to parked at the hotel. Lobby staff very disengaged. Definitely will not be going back.

I didn’t like how bad the room smelled like old grease and the carpet in the hallway had way too much carpet fresh on it. You should probably get new carpet or shampoo it instead! Front Desk staff wasn’t friendly and if you have a reservation for a week it would be nice to be told how to get new towels etc… We went to get new towels and were told we had to go back up and get all the old ones. How would I know the protocol without being told!

The room was recently renovated modern looking and had appliances that worked. Air conditioner worked perfectly , the laundry room was very helpful for my long term stay.

We had to move rooms because of construction workers constant music day and night. The floor in both rooms was filthy. When i went into the shower after walking on the floors the shower floor was black from the floors. They were in the process of changing locks and we had not let them in for a couple days become we were not in the room. We had come back from disney were my husband bought me earrings. I left the bag with the earring on the table in the kitchenette in cear view were the worker was changing the locks. We all left the room at the same time. This man had a key to our room. When we came back the back with the earrings was gone. We told the manager and she did not care and said it wasn't her worker. He was the only one who had a key i have no doubt he took the earrings. I also was looking all over for the earrings and when i looked at the top shelf i found a package mailed to a person that had three or four packets of medications in it. I dont understand why the cleaning people did not find this long ago. It had a date of 01/24 on it. It was for worms and skin and hair lice as i looked up the medication. I also found some kind of brown hard material stuck to the sheet. This place was disgusting and dirty and their employee stole my earrings that i know were left on the table. I will be sharing this review with whoever i can to caution people about staying here
