You have to pay to park but there were not enough parking spots and the parking behind the building was super tight. Many cars double parked, management did nothing. The spot was so tight we could only use one door to exit.

We traveled with a highschool sports team of 50 athletes and several adults. The hotel staff were extremely well organized and helpful with check-in, accommodations for us to gather to feed the athletes, parking our bus, answering all our questions, and check-out. We will stay there next time the team is in the area!

We stayed for 3 nights and room service only came up once only after we asked the front desk to send someone up. She came as we were getting dressed so we asked her to come back in 30 mins, we left for Disneyland and came back and our room was never cleaned.
