There is nothing that I liked. I booked months ago. On my way to the hotel I attempted to call to inform them of our arrival time, but the phone number did not work, nor did the messaging system work. We arrived there and the lights were out and the doors were locked. No one was there.

La maison enchantee
Nous nous sommes rendus à Gannat pour raison medicale nous venons de Paris. Trouvé sur hôtel.com nous avons découvert ce gite situé en bordure de ville sur les hauteurs.Ce gite est vaste et très bien entretenu par un couple adorable qui ne sait comment faire pour faire plaisir aux clients. Nuit formidable confort excellent chauffage à souhait rien n'a manqué. Petit déjeuner avec des produits extra frais et toujours la joie de vivre des propriétaires. Un pure bonheur. aucun problème si nous devions y retourner.

Refus du propriétaire malgré réservation confirmée
Le propriétaire a refusé de nous recevoir en indiquant qu'il n'avait pas eu notre réservation alors que j'avais la confirmation mais surtout sous le prétexte que le chien était trop gros (épagneul breton de 15kg...). Il accepte les animaux mais seulement les chiens de moins de 5kg... Y'en a pas beaucoup! Arrivé vers 22h, il a fallut trouver une solution de relogement, un grand merci à l'hôtel de l'aire des volcans pour leur accueil à cette heure et leur gentillesse. Je déconseille vivement la coraline qui choisi les gens qu'ils veulent bien héberger, c'est à la tête du client... Après renseignement, il se trouve que nous ne sommes pas les seuls clients ayant vécu ses déboires avec ce gite.
