This bright two-bed apartment is located right in the heart of Bearna village, Co Galway, which is mid-way along the Wild Atlantic Way!

Everything is within easy reach - local beaches are a few minutes’ walk away, the supermarket and shops, laundry services, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants are very close by; Bearna Woods/Silverstrand Beach is a 5-minute drive away.

It is a great spot to explore Galway City; Salthill with its beautiful prom; Connemara and the Aran Islands; or the Burren/Cliffs of Moher across the bay in County Clare.

There is an open-plan living-dining room-kitchen, with large south-facing windows. Both bedrooms have king size beds, while the larger room has an ensuite bathroom. Both have plenty of wardrobe storage available with hangers provided. There is a large bathroom with electric shower (hot water on demand).

Guests have use of the whole apartment, which has a step-free entry with lift access.

The apartment is located right in the centre of Bearna village (on a regional road - expect traffic noise), and has all the usual amenities on your doorstep -

HOUSE RULES
As the apartment is in a residential area, we would greatly appreciate if you could respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours.

No third party reservations allowed — “all personal travel reservations to be booked by the guests themselves” (booking terms and conditions).

No additional guests - please be sure to book for the correct number of people as the default number is 1. Each guest must be booked and paid for in advance via the official booking system. The maximum number is 4.

The management company does not allow items of clothing on the balcony.

Pets are not permitted in the building.

Please leave the apartment as you would like to find it - an additional €150 fee applies for cleaning if it is left in a poor state.

No hair-dye to be used please - it can stain bedding, towels, and bathrooms. Please also be mindful when applying fake tan. Also, some acne skin products can bleach towels. Additional cleaning charges will apply for damaged items.

Please notify your host about any issues within 24-hours of check-in.

Please use the three bin system provided - separate bin for all food items; clean recyclables; and landfill. A key is provided for the bin shed, please use it and dispose of all rubbish before checking out.

Please do not flush items down the toilet that will lead to it being blocked eg. any wipes, sanitary products etc. Please use the bathroom bins provided instead.

Please adhere to the check-out time of 10am. Unauthorised late departures interfere with preparations for incoming guests. This will incur a €50 fee per every half hour stay after 10am. We will certainly accommodate you if we can, but this must be agreed well in advance and, unfortunately, will not always be possible.

This apartment offers its guests a water park. The family-friendly apartment also features a garden and an elevator.
