Stay was for 2 nights however only was able to stay one. First night the tv was broken and no phone to call anyone for help with that and the a/c. Second night got locked out of my room and had no staff on property to help nor did I have any way of calling. Had to sleep in my car and stayed off property as the are did not seem safe. Attempted to get a refund for even the one night but can’t since the property doesn’t have the courtesy of cooperating with agency. Now I’m out the money of a hotel I couldn’t even stay at.

The owners and staff need to clean up the outside of the hotel and around the dumpster atea. Lots if trash, old beds etc. Makes the hotel look grungy when its actually really decent. And they dont charge you an outrageous amou t per day like the other jotels on the island.

Don't be deceived
First thing I'd say is don't be deceived by the pictures. Your room won't look anything like them. This hotel is cheaper than surrounding for a reason. There were stains on the mattresses, floor was terribly uneven and damaged, previous drywall damage looked like it had been repaired by a 10 year old. Toilet and tub were old/ stained; there was no slip mat in the tub. The bath towels they provide are almost the size of hand towels and feel like sandpaper. The fitted bed sheets weren't elastic anymore; as soon as you sit on the bed the corners pulled off. The door had some added aluminum angle; im assuming to prevent break in. At first arrival there was another guest warning us that cars had been broken into and taillights stolen. It appeared there were permanent "residents" at the end near the dumpsters, which by the way looked like a junk yard. Given the condition of the hotel and rooms, this should cost around $29 a night. I would not stay here again.
