The bedding had not been changed had cereal and sand in them. Had to ask for pillow and toilet paper none in our room and the room stunk. Never any employee at front desk (always in another room) the partying and marauna odor was horrible…had to leave early

Over all it was a good experience. The room was clean, good customer services, ac was 10/10 it was really nice to come to a cold room after being out in the sun 🌞

The room stink, a lot of smoke and possibly mold. The shower was very dirty. you can even see the mold on the front door around the edges. within 30 minutes later, I had to go out front and cancel my staying with them.

Ghetto hotel. Basically the local homeless shelter with its toilet-for-a-pool, abandoned vehicles in prime parking spots, and random people in the room after checking in. Filthy room and not only did they not have have enough toilet paper (provided less than 1/4 roll for family) but didn't have towels for basic showering. AC struggled to keep up, TV didn't work and the door locks were broken. You know, the basic amenities one expects in your hotel room when you arrive late. Had to post an armed guard inside the door over night just in case. Fun times. Definitely NOT on the recommended accommodations list.

We could not stay here and left immediately. The room was absolutely filthy from top to bottom. The smoke and smell made it difficult to breathe. The area was unsafe and scary. We left in under a minute.

Mold on shower curtain. Towel rod missing. Almost dead cockroach in bathroom. No bedspread. Floors not swept. No towels in room. No place to hang clothes. Outside looked like it was never cleaned. So bad we left a day early. Good—did refund portion of payment. Service guy did come check when bath light went out.

⭐️⭐️ 2/5 My stay at the Residence Inn was disappointing overall. When I arrived, there was an unruly customer causing a scene in the lobby, which didn’t exactly set a great tone. The staff wasn’t very welcoming at first, though I will say they became friendlier later during the stay. Honestly, you’re paying for the location—period. The room itself was underwhelming and poorly maintained. There were holes in the wall, stripped wallpaper, gaps under the entry door, and the locks didn’t seem to work properly. To top it off, the room was stocked with just one towel. If you’re just looking for a basic place to crash for the night, this might work. But if you’re expecting comfort or quality, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Don’t waste ur time, find another place 2 relax. Our bathroom was sooooooooo nasty, we had 2 go 2 dollar tree and get cleaning supplies and a scrubber for the bathroom. The bed was so bad, I had back problems the next day on my cruise. Ur better off sleeping outside. The guy at the front desk was cool though.

People that are there are pedophiles and ex-convicts and places dirty there's crackheads it's very unsafe for kids The staff are very horrible and they don't trust people they only trust the crackheads and people who have been longer than the people who are good people it's very bad health code violations everywhere holes in the walls doors dented doors broken can't even get in half the time with your key It is very unsafe because of the people that are there and it's very stressful there

Holes in walls, unpainted walls, smoke detector missing, transition strip missing from floor, room was very dirty, no towels, toilet paper and soap- this motel should be no higher than 50 dollars, one of the worst stays ive ever encounter, location is good
