Clean but Noisy
The place is clean and check in was smooth. The rooms at Tru are a bit small, OK for a short stay, but if two people plan to stay a week, get a bigger room besides the standard. The room has no closet except a bar with hangers to hang clothes, thus making a longer stay uncomfortable, unless you just bring shorts and t-shirts. The hotel scheduled trash pick up at 3 AM and our room was over the trash cans so you can hear the bangs and beeps of the truck. Really, thrash pick up at 3 AM.

For a $200 dollar a night hotel did not have accessibility to hot water or coffee for a hot drink. Nor was there a microwave to heat up liquids in room. It was lacking in a few basic hotel amenities for that price.

I didn't like paying 10.00's a night. Parking should have been free. Also, we were on the second floor balcony room facing the water, which was great, but it was above the night club and you heard the music playing, but what was really bad was the person or person's on the 3rd floor above us continually stomping across the floor and never sat down. This went on well after 11pm.

We had a great stay before our cruise. We arrived late so we just went straight to bed but the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean, modern and the air conditioner was cool. We would stay here again.
