Beautifully furnished and decorated 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo located near elevator on the very popular third floor. The master suite includes a king size bed with flat screen TV , Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower with dual shower heads, his and her sinks and a walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed.
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with full size mattresses , and a pull out trundle, flat screen TV.

Great place to stay right on the beach
We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. The place was great, clean and had a lot of space. The lazy river was still open to use despite it being late December. It was super cold but fun. My only comments are that there was not child friendly dish wear and no sleeping options for young kids. So if you stay with young kids, I recommend bringing your own gear or buy disposable. But they had a ton of kids toys that came in useful for both my older and younger kids.

Hurricane Beryl ruined it.

Great vacay with family
Our family had a great time at the beach, lazy river, and pool. The different pool depths made it perfect for our young granddaughters. It was really quiet and relaxing. Beautiful view from the porch.

Perfect Location
The condo and grounds were clean and well maintained, and grounds were secure making this a perfect place for a girls trip. The condo is located about a 5 min drive from the hustle and bustle of the pleasure pier so it was a quiet, relaxing spot. We loved the expansive pools and building amenities. The unit was clean and beds comfy. We will stay here again the next time we come to Galveston.

Amazing Family Time
Awesome stay! This is our 3rd time to stay at Hank and Mary's condo. We have already booked the condo for 2024. You will not be disappointed in the condo, resort or the beautiful view from the patio. Diamond Beach is a gem for families of all ages to enjoy.

Very rude owner, beware!
This owner complained that we left the property "messy" when we even laundered all our own towels before leaving and wiped down counters and left dishes done. They also remarked that we "broke into their locked cabinets". We did absolutely NO such thing. There *were* some cabinets marked "locked" and they did not appear locked to me, but we were not the ones who messed them up or pried them open. These owners are becoming ridiculously picky and demanding expecting people to pay huge cleaning and service fees yet still leave places so spotless there is basically nothing left to be done. I am sorry but not going to scrub floors and launder bed linens on MY expensive vacation. Apparently even us washing and folding all the towels before we left on our own time and leaving dishes all done was not good enough for this owner, and we were then blamed for cabinets that someone else had broken before we arrived in a *very* rude email I got. In addition, know that the furniture is flimsy and cheap, absolutely worst and few pillows in this unit, the bathtub does not work in the secondary bathroom (only the shower,) and the toilets barely flush! The shower curtain in the secondary bathroom is so cheap and flimsy it fell down on my son! We weren't going to make a big deal...I even fixed the chain which broke on the master toilet myself, rather than bug the owner, but given their lack of grace shown to us and a sour ending, please be warned this isn't a nice owner to rent from.

Fantastic Annual Trip to Diamond Beach 305
This is our 10th stay at Diamond Beach. We have grown from 1 condo to 3 condos for our family of 13. The resort is exceptional, you will not be disappointed. We enjoyed reserving the movie theater, indoor pool, game room and the beautiful pool, lazy river and crab hunting on the beach. We stayed for a week and did not want to leave. Our condo was exactly as described. Our son and family of 5 had plenty of room and enjoyed the beautiful view and patio. This is our second stay in this condo and plan to return next year. Excellent communication with owner. You will enjoy your stay.

All anyone could ask for
Beautiful condo with comfortable furnishings! Great Lazy River, large indoor swimming pool, large 3 tier swimming pool, lots of hot tubs. Movie theater, game room, and fitness center! Stayed a week and it wasn't enough time. Oh yes, great view of the Gulf!

This was our second stay at this unit at the Diamond Beach and I would highly recommend! Great location, pool, lazy river, gym, game room, media room, etc. This unit is well kept and clean and the owners are great to work with!

A wonderful place in a fun place
We have stayed at various condos at Diamond Beach over the years. I am always impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and kindness of the reception and staff. This condo is very well taken care or, thoughtfully equipped, and very clean. And the management was very fast to respond to questions, but there weren't many since they do such a great job of providing info prior to our stay. We had terrible weather during the weekend, but this property has plenty to do indoors and well located for other indoor activities. I would very much recommend #305 at Diamond Beach.

Very nice property. Small minor indecent. Found a cup of old tea in the microwave when we went to use it. Not a big deal. Just thought it should be mentioned. Otherwise, a great stay.
