Welcome to Pelican Point! This 3 bedroom/3.5-bathroom beach house is the perfect vacation getaway for families and friends. This property is located on Terramar Beach, close to the San Luis Pass (well-known fishing spot!) and is located 15 minutes west of Galveston. There are no vehicles allowed on Terramar beach making this property ideal for families with small children. There are two covered balconies that provide priceless oceanfront views. The property also offers a Weber outdoor charcoal grill, picnic table, and a private outdoor shower. The driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles with additional parking on the grass across the street. The property has everything you need to cook during your stay with a fully stocked kitchen. All you need is groceries! Larger stores such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Randalls are located in Galveston proper. If you're looking for something closer or more immediate, the Seven Seas Grocer is 5 minutes away. Additional fine dining is located a short 15-minute drive to Galveston.

Low-touch surfaces — Floors, walls, blinds, and other low-touch surfaces cleaned using hot water and detergent. Mopped or wipe down from one end of the surface to the other.
Towels, linens, and other laundry — All Items washed in not and dried completely.
