- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.

The unit is cozy but comfortable. It’s close to the beach and offered lovely air conditioned comforts after long days out exploring. We were able to walk to lots of sights: haunted houses on Broadway, the historic Strand area, Pleasure Pier, tree sculptures, and Cordray Pharmacy. Host was very quick to reply and was kind to accommodate our need for a late check out. Nothing fancy, but great value for the money.

Very cute. We stayed in #10. They do have stairs but they also how units on lower level. Just enough room for a comfortable stay. The bed maybe be small(full..maybe queen) but very comfortable. Host was very nice. Checked in to make sure we are settled and checked in before we left. There are grills and picinic tables for you to use. A small kitchen area with a hot plate if you want to cook. Walking distance to the beach.Will definitely stay again!!

This was a great property, very clean, and the kitchen had everything needed. Perfect location. Professional communication from management was a nice bonus. Hope to stay here again whenever I’m back.
