Looking for a place where you and your group can spend every minute of your Galveston getaway in the water, soaking up the Texas Gulf Coast sun? Look no further! Margaritaville on the Bay is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, canal home located in Sea Isle on Galveston's West end.

This home offers a private pool, great bay views, a fabulous outdoor kitchen, bar, and grill, and quick easy access to the bay. Perfect for a fisherman's getaway or family retreat. The interior features a large living room, open to the fully-stocked kitchen, a second floor master suite with a private bathroom and balcony. Excellent water views throughout the home, perfectly located for sunsets over the bay.

Notes: This home is not pet friendly. The boat slip may be used, electronic lift is not available. Renter is responsible for refilling the propane tank if using the built in gas grill. Charcoal grill also provided. There is an additional smaller pool area great for children, this is NOT a heated hot tub.

Ground Level: Large outdoor kitchen, bar seating, charcoal and built in gas grill; Fenced in yard/driveway; Private pool; Fishing dock, boat slip, fish cleaning station; No garage access. Parking for 4 vehicles.

Main Level: Partially covered deck, extending over the canal for sun bathing. Large open living and dining room, kitchen with additional breakfast bar seating. Hall closet with stack-able washer/dryer. Bedroom one features a Queen size bed, with smart Roku TV. Shared hallway bathroom, shower/tub combo. Bedroom two is great for the kids, with a pyramid bunk (Twin over a Full) and a pull out trundle underneath.

Second Level: Enjoy a private master suite with a King size bed, full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, smart TV, and your own deck featuring never-ending bay views.

All of TVs in the home are Smart TVs allowing guests to log in and connect to Netflix or other streaming services, in addition to regular cable service. Please use your own accounts, and sign out before you depart.
The home also has Bluetooth capabilities for guests to listen to music in the living room and outdoor kitchen area.

Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available.

Location: 5 minutes to the Beach; 17 mile drive to 61st Street; 20.1 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 16.3 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. This is a nice house. Plenty of space. If you're renting this house for fishing, it's not really a good location because the canal you were on is also the canal lazing into the marina. Other than that, it's a five star. Only other thing is the gas grill does not work

Well unfortunately due to the hurricane that came through. We were unable to stay there. The host stayed in communication trying make it happen but Mother Nature and Electricity just didn’t happen. We do plan to stay in the future but would always recommend this stay.

House was as advertised, very clean and all the basics were provided. Fishing, and views are great, pool and outside amenities can’t be beat. Had storms which caused the pool to get dirty a couple of days, property managers had someone there asap to clean it, will definitely book our next vacation here absolutely no complaints.

Good place on the Bay
The house is an updated two-story on the Bay in Jamaica Beach with super east access to the beach across the highway. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Important to note that the primary bedroom is on the second floor and there are also stairs to get to the house first floor. If you have trouble navigating stairs this wouldn't be a good place. The views from the balconies and the bar/pool downstairs are fantastic! It's a really quiet place and very calming. We stayed here in the summer and for the holidays. Two negatives: both times the bunkbeds were not made up and it's not easy to make them. And, the "1/2 bath" is a toilet and small sink in an unfinished room behind the bar outside, so you have to go outside to use it. Finally, and it's not a big deal, the only condiments in the house are salt and pepper shakers and some coffee filters (lots of coffee filters). But, we came back a second time knowing all this and had a very good time!

We found the house to be very nice. House was very clean, bedrooms were nice size, living and kitchen area was great, ac worked well, outdoor kitchen was great. Pool was dirty and green when we got there! Cleaned the second day of our stay then landscapers came right after and blew grass all in it. So basically lost 2 days of pool use! Listing was misleading. Said great for Fishermans getaway. Could use boat slip but our boat didn’t even fit in slip but was able to tie up to side. Said fish cleaning station which there was none. And most importantly, you didn’t have access to the boat ramp! We have stayed in sea isle many times and have always had access. Closest access was not convenient! Would probably not have booked this house if we had known we didn’t have boat ramp access. Not clear in the listing.

The location of the property is fabulous; however, the outdoor kitchen did not meet expectations. The VRBO site stated there was a gas grill, which there was, but it took a lot of effort to make it work. Also, the photos showed a downstairs TV in the outdoor kitchen, and there was not one. The pool was great, but when we arrived, there was lots of hair in the pool that we had to clean out before using. The view of the sunset from this property cannot be beat, and the fishing off the dock was good. Watching the boats go by all day and evening was fun. Overall, a great property, except for the outdoor kitchen which was lacking.

Perfect rental!
Great area! The pool was nice in the afternoons and get back from beach. The outdoor decks were ample and gave us space. The fishing was great for some crabs! The house had things you need and two fridges one up and down. The restroom on first floor was a nice touch as well. We rented a golf cart through K6 and drop off was seamless.

Wonderful weekend
We had a great weekend at Margaritaville in Sea Isle. It was my husband and I and our 2 adult children and their significant others. It was a great size for us. There was plenty of outside seating for us. The location in Sea Isle is great! Walking distance to the marina and restaurant. Quick drive to the beach across the road. It seems the master upstairs runs warmer than the rest of the house. We needed to buy an additional fan to be comfortable at night. The bottom bunk wasn't made, but we quickly found sheets and did it ourselves. We will definitely consider this property again in the future.

The location was fabulous with amazing views and sunsets. Kids loved fishing off the dock and playing in the pool. The adults enjoyed cold drinks at the outside bar with two TVs. We rented a golf cart to go to the beach which was awesome!! No sand in our cars!! House was very cleaned and well stocked with necessary items. Walking distance to the marina where there is a restaurant, bars, bait shop and store!!

Great Vacation Home!!
Everything was awesome! The kids loved the pool while we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar by the pool! If you aren’t bringing a boat you can rent a charter to take you out! Loved everything about it.
