The breakfast buffet was not very good. Juice machine was out of order and the substitute juice on the second day was not good, mostly water. Meats were skimpy and way undercooked.

Room was okay. Floor definitely had not been swept or mopped. The staff we encountered were all professional and polite. The breakfast was awful. Juice machine is out of order. There were carafes of juice sitting in a bucket of ice, but the juice was still warm and watered down. Potatoes were inedible. Biscuits were soggy, sausage dried out, and bacon sitting in grease.

Perfect beach location.
I loved the beach facing balcony. The room was huge! Breakfast was tasty, and the pool and hot tub were very nice. Right across from the beach so it was easy to get there and back hauling all the “beach” stuff for kids. Will definitely stay again.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe here. Also the breakfast buffet is a nice touch, and it’s just far enough away from the noisier areas. Easy walk across the street to the beach, and a great beachfront diner just a few steps down.

This hotel was rated excellent, but it’s not. It’s ok. The bed and linens were clean. The floors had been cleaned with too much soap, so they were grimey. Overall the place could use some attention to detail.

Need to replace all toilet in rooms
Number 1 Toilet was Way too low to the floor. I had to go to the lobby each time to use the bathroom for handicap. Please do something about the toilet at this place. That is ridiculous handicap people cannot use the bathrooms here.
