This very clean 2 bedroom 1.5 bath beach house was completed in 2014 and is conveniently located in the Sea Isle Subdivision directly across from all the amazing amenities. From the front door, you can see the marina, pool, playground and bar/grill. This house is a quick walk to the beach and accessible to many amenities the neighborhood has to offer. The house has a spacious front deck which faces the west for amazing sunsets and for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Guests can use our golf cart during their stay. A waiver of liability must be signed before using the Golf Cart.

The house is just across the street from the kids playground.
This house also enough parking for a boat and is very near the boat ramp.

Sea Isle Community - Guests have access to the public beaches (3 different access areas), boat ramp, marina, private fishing pier, park, basketball courts and tennis courts. There is also a neighborhood bar and restaurant which offers great food an adult beverages. Sea Isle is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood which is buzzing with activity in the summertime.
