Begin your day with a colorful sunrise or a leisurely walk along the shoreline, breathing in the salt air. Babe’s Beach is just steps away, and the condo’s central location places you near Galveston’s top dining, shopping, and entertainment. After exploring the island, savor peaceful moments on the balcony or unwind with a refreshing dip in the pool.

During the spring and summer season, to enhance your beach experience and set us apart from our competitors, we offer a complimentary beach setup pass that includes an umbrella and two beach chairs.

We've partnered with Bennett’s Beach Service for the 2026 season. The season starts Monday, April 6th. We send the beach setup pass along with the email that contains the directions and code.

We also provide a lightweight beach cart, a 22-can-wheeled cooler, and two fold-up beach chairs for a hassle-free day at the beach.

Your jaws will drop as soon as you walk through the doors of our beautifully decorated Gulf Front condo. Open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors to blue skies, sandy beaches, and the gulf breeze; dream of your evenings relaxing on the 24-foot balcony with your beverage of choice.

Decorated in soft, beachy colors with a seahorse theme, the Gulf Front condo creates a sense of calm. It is perfect for relaxing after long days on the beach, strolling along the famous Seawall Boulevard, hanging out by the amazing pool, or adventuring around Galveston Island.

The incredible Gulf views from the kitchen, living area, and south bedroom are stunning, with huge 11-foot-tall sliding glass doors leading to your private balcony oasis. Spend your mornings worry-free as you sip on a cup of hot coffee, listening to the waves crash against the Seawall while you watch another spectacular sunrise.

Your family or friends will enjoy the spacious 950-square-foot condo. The living and dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom have direct Gulf Front views.

The condo complex is perfect for small families or couples with shared amenities. The complex offers a shared pool with a shaded pergola area, shared propane grills, a tennis court, and a shared laundry facility.

The amazing pool area has plenty of seating and propane grills under a pergola that shades you from the hot summer sun. The front desk is manned 24/7 by a friendly staff. There is plenty of parking on the north and south sides of the building. A parking pass is required. A pass is $35 plus tax per vehicle.

Quick Galveston weekend

The condo itself was very clean & well-appointed; we loved the balcony! Location was great—right across the street from Babe’s Beach. There were only 2 downsides neither of which would be the owners fault, but just something to consider. First was that there was only 1 functioning elevator & even it was down part of the time we were there. We were warned by Cathleen several days ahead of our arrival that one was being fixed & the other was functioning. My mom was with us & she’s in a wheelchair so it was inconvenient for sure; also it’s very hot waiting for it to finally show up. The other issue was the elevator & lobby often reeked of weed; that nasty skunk smell is not what I wanna have hit me in the face on my vacation in Texas where weed is supposed to be illegal.

May 2024 Get-Away

We just returned from a short “get away” to Galveston Island to relax and dine at many of our favorite restaurants. When vacationing, we generally book a hotel or resort which do not offer the comfort or amenities of a condo. It’s been many years since we used VRBO, and our first time leasing a condo (4 nights). Undoubtedly, the owners are outstanding Host – they truly care about their guests! They put forth considerable effort and thought to meet the needs of “their” guests to ensure they have a positive experience (i.e., furnishings, provided extra items and amenities “most” other owners usually do not include). The Condo, is an end unit – higher floor location; it was peaceful and comfortable; stocked with items any guest would possibly want or need during a short or long term stay. We look forward to returning to the island in the near feature and recommend this vacation rentals to other potential guests!

The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a long weekend trip! We loved the balcony and the netting provides peace of mind with a toddler. The condo was perfect for our two-night stay; would like to stay longer in the future. Unbeatable view from the large 8th floor balcony. Furnishings are nice and comfortable, and there is a beach theme decor. The kitchen is large and has everything one needs. We loved it.

Beautiful condo with the most amazing oceanfront views from both the master bedroom and the living room. Condo was very well stocked with anything you need. You did have to cross a rather busy 4 lane road to get to the beach but we never waited for longer than 7-8 minutes. On site parking available which included a secured locked area. There was even beach toys, chairs, beach umbrella, wagon and cooler that were available. Front desk staff were very nice and Cat the owner was wonderful with very good communication of the necessary information. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

The property was clean, the beach wagon was an awesome surprise and all our basic needs were met. The view was amazing and we spent most of our time out on the patio playing cards and listening to music, while watching the waves and people. The location was perfect and everything you need is right there. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Check in and out were super easy. We hope to stay again soon.

Perfect location, loved the view

The Seazatt View Condo was just what we needed for a quick beach getaway. My partner and I loved our spot. The view was excellent and it was just across the street from the beach. Check in was simple and the front desk staff was extremely helpful. The condo had everything you needed - full kitchen, beach supplies, comfortable beds, and a nice clean pool. My favorite perk was the beach chairs/umbrella package on the beach. Such a great addition to staying here. We would love to come back and stay here again.
