Perched directly on the beach, this home lets you watch your children play in the sand from the comfort of the deck.

Our custom-designed kitchen is a culinary dream, perfectly tailored for entertaining and gourmet cooking. The spacious granite-topped island offers seating for guests to watch as you prepare delicious meals. Custom-built cabinets, crafted from reclaimed yacht cradles, add an elegant nautical touch. Highlights include a pot filler above the cooktop for seafood feasts and a farmhouse sink that makes cleanup a breeze. Fully stocked with all the essentials, this kitchen has everything you need for a perfect stay.

The open-concept design seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining area, and living room, ensuring an effortless flow for entertaining. Large windows provide stunning Gulf views from every angle. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island. The living area is furnished with a large flat-screen TV, complete with multiple streaming apps for your enjoyment.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully located away from the main entertaining areas to ensure privacy and relaxation. Each bedroom offers beautiful ocean views. The master suite features a king-size bed, private bath, and flat-screen TV. Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed and a single bed, along with a flat-screen TV, while Bedroom #3 offers three single beds and a flat-screen TV. The house accommodates up to eight guests in beds, with room for two more on the living room couches if needed. All linens and towels are provided, along with a washer, dryer, and laundry essentials for your convenience.

Catamaran Alley, affectionately named after the original owner’s love of catamaran racing and the current owners' daughters, Catie and Allie, is a truly unique and welcoming property.

The outdoor area beneath the house is perfect for gatherings, featuring three picnic tables and a large charcoal grill. Even during quick rain showers, the covered space allows you to enjoy the beachfront atmosphere without interruption.

Located in the family-friendly community of Bermuda Beach on the western edge of Galveston, this home offers a prime location near local conveniences and attractions. Dollar General and Walmart are just minutes away, and you’ll find Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Pleasure Pier, and The Strand all within easy reach.

We provide a variety of essentials to make your stay stress-free, including paper products, kitchen basics, laundry supplies, bath toiletries, towels, bed linens, and beach towels.

We are happy to welcome one housebroken, well-behaved dog (up to 50 pounds) to join your vacation. Please ensure your pet is flea- and tick-free and adhere to Galveston County’s leash laws. Dogs should accompany you when leaving the property and must be crated if left unattended. A $20 nightly pet fee applies.
