It is a 0.2-mile walk from the condo to the beach. This 12th-floor home away from home also grants you access to Emerald By The Sea Condominiums' on-site amenities, including a BBQ area with gas grills, an outdoor kitchen, and outdoor dining areas, two elevators, a hot tub, a heated outdoor pool, a game room with Ping-Pong and foosball tables, a pool spa, and a fitness center.

Beautiful Property!
Pictures honestly do not do this place justice. So beautiful and a great location. Condo included everything we needed, beds were comfortable and the pool was great. One of the absolute most beautiful places I’ve stayed at. My only complaint is having to wear that armband to show I’m a “guest” for a week that the property requires but I understand the need for residents to be able to identify people.. so can guarantee security is top notch.

Pretty great except……….
The unit was as described. You will have plenty of room for 4 or 5 except they only have 4 chairs at the table and no stools at the bar—3 pool towels—. Why advertise as 5? Pros: great location, nice building amenities and helpful staff in building. In fact everyone from the building was very nice and welcoming ! Well decorated but no chairs on the main balcony so I guess you take the table chairs outside? Cons: towels were very rough and some washcloths were so spotted I wondered if we got the rags? When we stripped the beds as requested the mattress cover on one of the twin beds was very stained. We also did not have the control for the fan/light in the 2nd bedroom. You could not leave the fan running without the light being on at night and it was very warm at night in there. The main bedroom had unfinished electrical work in the closer and what appeared to be dirty linens and towels in the closet. There were building supplies and empty boxes in both closets but no hangers or hooks anywhere except the bathrooms. We had to throw the coats etc on the table in the hallway. Bring your own shampoo and shower gel too! If they fix the above it will be a very nice rental which we would use again but not deal with Vacasa as they did not answer the couple of emails we sent them asking for hangers and the missing fan control.
