Gal who assisted us with checking in was very professional in her appearance, voice, and telling us about signing up for Best Western app. She told us about the breakfast, pool and comp coffee in lobby.

What began as a problem with a lack of guest laundry facilities was remedied by a fabulous staff that washed our babies clothes so that we could continue our journey. Breakfast was a fabulous spread! The best I’ve ever seen and completely representative of New Mexico. We appreciate the hospitality and cultural nuances of Best Western Plus Gallup Inn and Suites!

Best Western Less Gallup Inn & Suites
We were quite disappointed with our stay. We did not receive the room we originally signed up for and purchased through Hotels.com. When this issue was brought up to the front counter person, they told us that the problem was on ours and Hotels.com's end and they could do nothing to fix our problem. Other than this annoying and costly issue, our stay was okay. The place is a bit dated and the shower drained very slowly do to the drain being clogged with hair. The mini-frig (a point of contention) did not work either. The parking lot is easily accessible to the world and since we were traveling, we had heightened concerns about safety of our stuff. Fortunately, God was on our side and our stuff was safe and secure throughout the night. Not a place we will ever return to.

Our room felt more like an apartment, with a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. Really more than we needed, but it was nice in the middle of our trip to feel like we had some space. Staff were r professional and friendly. The breakfast was good, a bit better than most places on our road trip.
