We were supposed to have a room with a fireplace and whirlpool and only got the whirlpool but paid for the other. I am expecting a credit for this as this was an important over night stay for us. I expect to hear back and receive a credit on this.

This was our third time at stone creek inn, we love it there. only complaint was they never came in and re stocked the room or gave us fresh towels but besides that still a great place.

The decor was very well done and reminded us of being in a mountain lodge. All furnature and decor fittings were very warm and comfortable. Not cold. Friends had previously stayed here and came highly recommended. Glad we sellected Stony Creek Inn also.

The interior is very cozy and welcoming and the staff is very friendly. The continental breakfast was absolutely scrumptious and very nice especially for a final day of stay. Me and the wife are planning to come to Galena again next year and we will be staying again at this place!

Fantastic stay, the only issue is that when I called they said the shuttle would be running for the Halloween parade, or had stopped a week before as we found out 6pm check in so we walked thinking we could get an over or cab back, no service available so we walked back up hill and not little hills. Took us 48 minutes to walk back, the staff didn't know alot about the area but were very friendly and the room was great. We reserved the Captains Quarters, fireplace and whirlpool. The bed was very comfy. Will go back however not during an event

This is our second time staying here we went for the Halloween parade in Galena. We love this place because it’s close to downtown Galena and Great conditions for the price. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Everything is clean and breakfast is great.

Loved being upgraded to a suite! We enjoyed the fireplace, comfortable bed, and and the quiet. Fun furnishings and backwoods decor. Friendly staff, too.

I highly recommend Stoney Creek Inn. Although it was removed from downtown it gave us an opportunity to drive through neighbors and see more of Galena. Plus we were able to enjoy the delicious breakfast before we departed.

This was our 2nd visit staying in one of the theme rooms. It's really nice having a sitting area, fireplace and kitchenette when traveling for more than just a day or two. Included breakfast starts your day off right. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Will plan to stay here again on our next trip to Galena.

The staff were lovely, the room was clean and felt safe. It was quiet and quaint. The breakfast was fantastic. Our only complaint was the pillows were super hard. But everything else was so nice it's still at the top of my list for places we've stayed. We were in town for a family reunion and it was perfect. Definitely recommend.

My best friend and I had a wonderful experience here! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and has great decor, very comfy. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. I highly recommend staying here, not only because of this awesome hotel, but the shopping and dining options around it.

Exterior was very nice. They were understaffed and had to wait to check in room wasn’t ready yet. When finally got checked in was a very long line. Room was clean but outdated and worn. Overall was good experience. For price paid was expecting a little more
