I was under the assumption the room would be cleaned during our stay without asking. I asked the first day and it was cleaned, the second day it was not cleaned. That's the only complaint.

Motel seems to be on it's way down. Pop machine was empty. Bought peanut butter cups from the vending machine and they were both melted into blobs. The toilet was so low that my nuts hung in the water while sitting on it. That's the only time in 73 years that ever happened to me! Dog in the next room was noisy. Nobody was around at checkout to complain to.

Quick look at the room and it seems fine but when I woke up this morning and prepared to leave I could see that the furniture has visible dust. The sofa table had a white powder on it. The bathroom shelf with towels had visible dust and the floor still had long black hair as well as a strand of same hair on the shower wall. The lobby lounge area was not attended, since the newspapers in disarray from the night before were still there at 9 a.m. When we checked in we had to ask if there was a breakfast. I did wonder if our bed linens were fresh. Disappointing since this was the only accommodations near the event we were attending. Next time I will drive 20-30 minutes to stay at a different location. I won’t be back.

Outstanding customer service. The breakfast was great. The pool is great, but the jacuzzi was out. The fitness center was small and just one working treadmill and one bike. Large room with all the amenities.
