Never gave a key, never answered messages or calls. We were withour accommodation upon arrival.VRBO hasnt refunses eirher.

Quiet area
Pros: quiet area, close to amenities, very comfortable beds, large walk-in closet Cons: bi-fold door on the entry closet was broken and laying beside the washer/dryer, carpet needs to be cleaned (very spotted/stained), sign on dishwasher stated that was broken, not enough lights throughout, not enough furniture in living room for 4 adults to sit at the same time, dining room chairs need to be replaced, no instructions to use TV, blinds in all of the rooms were either broken or missing slats, unable to contact host via VRBO either with e-mail or phone call. Contacted VRBO to get an accurate phone number and was able to reach with "new" phone number. Did not have check-in instructions when we arrived and had to call. Received the check in e-mail from the host 5 hours after we arrived. Pictures on website are not exactly accurate of the actual unit and need to be updated. This unit is not ADA compliant if that is needed. It is a second floor apartment. The pool was not open when we were there, so I can't comment on it. The complex was very quiet and there was parking available in front of the apartment building. We have stayed at other VRBO properties and have never had this many complaints or difficulties communicating with the host. This could be a great property with some upgrades.
