Room was not cleaned well before arrival and very dusty. We had an extra charge to the card once we checked in that was unexplained. Bedding had an odor and when asked for it to be changed, room service just handed us linen and did not change it. We also had to take out our own trash. Shower and refrigerator area were dirty. The TV was not working properly and when we called the front desk they told us to take it up with the cable company. There was also roaches in the room.

Nice place to stay for a game (though price may be high game weekends). Staff was friendly but may want to get more info on transportation/parking areas for games. Place was clean, roomy, and good location-10 min drive to the college.

Front desk was welcoming upon arrival. Lobby area clean. The only 2 things noticed were the shower could have been cleaner (hair on the shampoo dispenser) and the outside siding of the building was green and could use a good pressure washing.

Don’t let the price fool you… this is a nice little hotel that is nicely upkept with a helpful staff. The room was very clean… If you’re in Gainesville and you don’t want to spend a fortune on lodging but still want a hotel that is clean and modern … this is the place.

Decent, well maintained budget hotel. Close to 75/24, Target/Publix and many restaurants nearby. Room was better than expected, but slightly musty. AC was loud. Lowest point was the powdered eggs at breakfast-yuk.
