I was bit by some insects in the room on my neck and my arm. Still recovering a week later. The hotel is very old and noisy. Both staff and guests are loud and inconsiderate.

The first room offered was not cleaned. There were hairs all over the bed under the blanket. I always check the room before check in. They offered the other room which was cleaned ok but smelled moldy. Not worth to stay there. Hallway carpet was very dirty.

No breakfast.

The description said the hotel had breakfast, but all they had was coffee, juice, and some muffins and bagels I asked why they didn’t have the waffle maker on or why there weren’t any other items out and the employee said they were out. Some of the other guests were also complaining because there was nothing there. They didn't even have creamer for the coffee.

Updates needed

The room was clean, the bathroom needed refills and shower needed to be cleaned, water leaked to the bathroom floor would suggest different shower curtain then what is used.
