Stylish Mid-Century Modern Private Studio Blocks from UF and Stadium

Studio 7 is located just blocks north of Ben-Griffin stadium/midtown and less than a mile from UF Shands hospital. This cozy and recently renovated mid-century modern carriage house features an in unit smart washer/dryer, a full kitchenette, and a large private yard area for entertainment. A perfect place for one or two people to enjoy!
Your stay will include a large private yard where you can play corn hole or giant Jenga, lounge by two fire pits, or enjoy dinner at the outdoor covered dining with food prepared on the charcoal grill.
The lot on which Studio 7 sits is divided into two parcels separated by an 8 ft fence. The main house is also an Airbnb. Both units have separate and private entrances, as well as separate yards. The windows overlooking the yard for Studio 7 are frosted. Guests of the main house will not be able to see into Studio 7's yard. Please be courteous to each other and be mindful of noise during the evening hours. In addition, please be respectful of the other guest's privacy and do not enter the larger backyard. Feel free to message us with any questions or concerns!

Parking: The right side of the main house driveway is available to you. The left side is reserved for main house guests. Street parking is free between 4 pm and 8 am M-F and anytime on weekends in the designated white boxes (there are posted placards if you are not sure). Street parking is first come-first served.

Noise: Gainesville is primarily a college town and as such there are many student rentals in the area. During football season and festive holidays, you may hear noise from these houses nearby which can go into the late evening hours, especially if you are enjoying the outdoor amenities. From our experience, very little can be heard from inside the home.

Please note that for stays longer than 6 days, only initial paper products will be provided. Any additional products will need to be purchased by the guest.

EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN
Guests should know that we can sometimes accommodate early check-in times or later check-out times. Please message via the messaging system to inquire further. We do ask for a $50 service fee for adjusting the check-in or check-out time.

Smoking: No Smoking, smokeless tobacco, or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the home or on the front patio (any covered area). All butts, cartridges, etc., must be discarded in a lined outdoor trashcan. Any smoking refuse (i.e. butts, cartons, wrappers, cartridges, dip, etc) left behind or unauthorized smoking in the aforementioned areas will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100.

Additional Overnight Guests: Any guests in the home remaining after 11pm not listed in the original reservation will be considered as additional overnight guests. Each additional overnight guest will result in a $100 per person per night upcharge.

Lights and Recycling: To help us do our part for the environment please turn off all lights when no guests are occupying the home.

No pets allowed. If an unauthorized animal is discovered inside the dwelling at any point during the reservation, a $300 fee will be assessed.

No events or parties.

Security camera disclosure: There is one ring doorbell at front door and two exterior cameras facing the fence gates around Studio 7's yard. All devices record audio and video when motion is detected. There is an Alexa Echo Show in the kitchen, which has an internal camera usually used for video calls, however it is not accessible remotely and is covered with an internal slide cover.
