Very rude front desk agent on the AM shift by the day of our arrival. It was my first time staying at the property, but definitely she is the reason that we are not coming back. The pool was without water; there was no restaurant or bar on the property.

Nothing good to report! Even a coffee is horrible!
Awful everything I wouldn't recommend staying here at all. We couldn't even get into our room. They offered no housekeeping when you upgrade you get a couple crappy granola bars and still low quality towels and sheets. The rooms have no rugs in them service could care less about you not a good experience no pool, Nothing good to report!

This “Hotel” is just a high price motel and I think most motels are in better condition than this hotel. I walked into our room only for it to smell so badly and the young man “receptionist told me that he couldn’t accommodate me with another room because they were fully booked. Everything is so old, overused and broken. Our beds were hideous. We were able to fall asleep only because we were tired after six hours of driving. I don’t recommend them and I don’t know why they have a good rating.

Awesome hotel with friendly front desk staff. Super clean and all the utilities were included and made our stay comfortable. Would definitely come back here when I travel back to Gainesville.

Was only one night, concerns about asking for a 7:00am wake up call that I never received, killed two roaches in the bathroom that night and no one at the desk at 7:45am, I do realize that Gainesville was under a hurricane warning at that hour so that could have played into the check out, I would still stay on more trips that I am making over the next couple of months it seems to be a nice place to stay, I know that the hurricane warning probably had a lot to do with my stay.
