We enjoyed the door staff,something so simple like opening the door and greeting is something that sets hotels apart from others. The transportation from the hotel to our boat parked at the marina was a great amenity as well. One thing I would like to point out is the lackluster food at bullfrogs. The lodge really has everything you need except good food. The food just never seemed to be fresh. Having better dining options would prevent guest from leaving the property for a meal.

Loved the option to stay in a villa. Much more quiet, but still close to the lodge where the pool and restaurants are located. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was cleaned to perfection on arrival and when house keeping came through. This is a hidden gem for sure. So many options for everyone from golf, to a decent sized arcade, large water park, many options for dining. We will likely be back in the future.
