I liked most things except having to do valet parking. We were late leaving and needed our car in the normal 15 min to get it and the valet parked it out front across the street and didn’t even tell us it was ready. We waited on the car 25-30 min.

Checking in and out was a breeze. All the staff, from the front desk, to the dining and bathroom staff, were polite and helpful. The customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend the Hyatt in downtown Gainesville. I definitely plan on returning.
