We did arrive early to the location and after traveling, I called the Hotel to see if I could check in early the front desk clerk was very helpful and got me checked in,, Thank you to the staff, keep up the good work.

The entire hotel room we booked was clearly previously used and never cleaned. Holes in the walls, AC Vent off the wall, live cockroaches everywhere, no bath towels, we asked at the desk for towels and received hand towels. They gave us a room that was used and never cleaned at all. We confronted the front desk, they responded with, "we cannot do anything to accommodate you, dispute the charge and get a refund from your bank" in. Very rude tone.

Elevator is hitting objects as it travels up and down. Hair dryer was melted and defeated it is an electrical hazard. Over all the hotel needs to be taken care of. Everything needs paint and repair. 1 ice machine works and it’s near the front desk. Satellite system constantly losing signal.

Bad experience
After checking in, the room key did not work so I went to the front desk to let them know. The front desk clerk went up to try to open it herself and realized the key door device was not working so they gave us another room. After entering the new room, we noticed the TV was not working. I went to the front desk again to let them know and they said they would send the maintenance man. The maintenance man came and smelled strongly of cigarettes and alcohol. He told us that he just got fired but was going to fix the TV connection anyway. He went on to tell us his personal business and that he was going to lose his home due to being put on the schedule and made a racial comment regarding the hotel staff. In addition, the restroom had a whole in the wall where the blow dryer mount should have been, so we had to put toilet paper to cover it. As that was a little alarming to see a whole in the bathroom. The water from the faucet and bathroom also had a weird smell and we didn't want to brush our teeth with it. Overall, we did not have a great experience.
